One of the founders, Alex Chan, relocated to Thailand with his family to establish the Southeast Asia division of their recycled plastic business in Sri Ra-cha, Chonburi, Thailand.  

In the same year, Alex Chan and Ms. Pussorn Akkarapreechakul joined forces, combining their extensive resources, professional expertise, and strong networks in both the Hong Kong and Thai markets. This collaboration laid the foundation for what would later become *Bay Siam Business Consulting and Services*.
